We just got back from Global Pet Expo, and while the treats were top-tier… the tech? Not so much.
We met premium pet brands, ambitious startups, and long-standing legends doing incredible things, with better ingredients, sustainable toys, and vet-approved formulas. But one thing squeaked louder than a rubber duck at a funeral:
👉 No booth had a truly engaging digital experience.
👉 No personalization. No AI. No smart integrations.
👉 And those QR codes? They just went to a homepage.
We can do better.
